If at any point you do not agree, you should discontinue use of the platform immediately.

2. Use of the Platform

Audition Book provides tools for organizing digital sheet music, purchasing audition cuts, accessing piano tracks, and managing virtual Audition Books. You agree to use the platform only for lawful purposes and in ways that do not interfere with its functionality or infringe on the rights of others. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and ensuring that all information you provide is accurate and complete. Misuse of the platform, attempts to access restricted areas, or unauthorized distribution of purchased materials is strictly prohibited.

3. User Accounts and Membership

To access certain features, you must create an account and, when applicable, maintain an active membership. By registering, you confirm that you are at least 13 years old or have obtained parental consent. Membership fees, renewal periods, and cancellation options are clearly outlined at checkout. By purchasing a membership, you authorize us to process payments securely through approved third-party providers. You may cancel at any time, but fees already paid are non-refundable unless required by law.

4. Uploaded Content and Materials

You may upload personal PDF files and other materials to your virtual Audition Books. By doing so, you confirm that you own the rights to this content or have permission to store and use it. We do not claim ownership of your uploaded materials; however, you grant us permission to store and display them solely for your personal use within the platform. Uploaded content must not contain unlawful, harmful, or copyrighted materials you are not authorized to distribute.

5. Purchases and Digital Products

Any audition cuts, tracks, or digital products you purchase are licensed for personal use only. Redistribution, resale, recording, or public sharing of these materials without explicit permission is prohibited. All sales are final unless otherwise required by applicable law. We reserve the right to change pricing, update product offerings, or remove content at our discretion.

6. Service Availability and Updates

Audition Book may undergo maintenance, updates, or temporary outages. While we work to ensure smooth operation, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may add, modify, or discontinue features at any time. Your continued use of the platform after updates indicates acceptance of any changes.

7. Limitation of Liability

Audition Book is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that the platform will meet all expectations, operate without errors, or function uninterrupted. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for damages arising from your use of the platform, including data loss, account issues, interruptions, or reliance on content or information found within the service.
